Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Estudy mobile application (the "Service") operated by Percy Ng’uni ("us", "we", "our", or "Developer").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Percy Ng’uni and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Zambia and foreign countries.
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Estudy. We has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Percy Ng’uni, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from legal use of the app.
Estudy is an independently developed educational application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially connected to any institution, government body, or any other educational authority.
All content within Estudy—including notes, quizzes, and past papers—is offered solely for educational and informational purposes to support students in their academic journey. These materials have been collected and digitized from publicly accessible sources and user contributions, and are intended for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
The Estudy team does not claim ownership of the original examination materials and makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the content provided. However, no guarantees are made regarding completeness, correctness, or currentness.
Use of this app and its content is governed by fair use principles for educational purposes and should not be considered a replacement for official academic resources.
The developers of Estudy disclaim any liability for damages—direct or indirect—arising from the use of this application. Users are encouraged to use the app at their own discretion and responsibility.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
For iOS users, your use of the Estudy App is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
