Percy Ng’uni (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) built the Estudy mobile application (“App”, “Service”) as an educational platform designed to help students learn, revise, and access study resources.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your information when you use Estudy. It also explains your rights and choices regarding your personal data.

By installing or using Estudy, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  Ads may be shown through third-party ad networks using device identifiers. We do not control third-party ad tracking technologies.

  To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights, safety, and property.

Common third-party services used in Android apps may include: Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics/cloud Messaging, AdMob, Google Play Billing.

5. ADVERTISING (IF APPLICABLE)

If Estudy displays ads, third-party providers may collect/use Advertising IDs, location (approx), device info, and activity. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out).

6. IN-APP PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

If offered, payments are processed by Google Play Billing or restricted providers. We do not store full card details. Google may provide confirmation details.

7. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

We take reasonable measures (encryption, secure servers, access control) to protect your info. However, no method is 100% secure.

8. DATA RETENTION

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with laws, and resolve disputes.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Estudy is designed for educational use. We do not knowingly collect personal info from children under 13 without consent. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us with info.

10. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your data. Contact us to request these actions.

11. PERMISSIONS USED BY THE APP

Estudy may request permissions: Internet access, Storage access, Notifications, Camera. You can manage these in phone settings.

12. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Information may be transferred/processed in other countries. By using the App, you consent to this.
